I work in EDU language Managing HR dept.
Systems that integrate different department Case files. An updated system that has updated information regarding outages or some type of issue without having to transfer.
I would expect for this to be the standard already but its not
This would solve my problem because wait times and transferring calls results in more calls and more issues as opposed to the rep already having access to all this information. i tried asking the current CST provider and IT if they can do something about it but they say they can only use the tools from providers that have been authorized to access our information.
