I am an owner of a small DJ business with just 1 other employee. I personally manage all our bookings and communication with our clients. We source clients from many different locations, from social media, leads, and referrals.
Keeping track off all the information from these multiple sources can be daunting and then having to relay it to my fellow employee further complicated it.
I would like there to be some form of universal schedule/information hub that I could enter everything in to keep track of it all.
This would free up a lot of my time and help be stay more organized.
