Startup idea to develop a software resembling a setup wizard that can efficiently onboard new hires in high turnover industries by presenting them the right tool or process for their tasks. The software should allow companies to add a FAQ section where certain inputs (employee's questions, scenarios) could be matched with suitable outputs (application or process).

I work in an industry with a high turnover rate of entry-level workers. The most painful cost by far is in training these new hires, and the resulting losses due to inefficiency in their work.

We have the tools available for new hires to accomplish their tasks, but they frequently have to call up the chain of command to confirm which one to use.

I imagine something akin to a setup wizard that addresses their frequently-encountered problems and presents the right application or process would be very beneficial.
