Startup Idea: Environmental Evaluation Software

Startup idea to develop software that can balance financial interests with environmental ones by using algorithms to assess the economic value of individual species.

I work in the environmental research industry. I help researches gather field data.

A big pain point is determining where the balance point between financial interests and environmental interests should be. Costs versus benefits of these factors is very hard to weigh.

I would definitely pay for software to solve this and I know that the people I work for would too.

Perhaps software could use an algorithm to determine how much the life of each individual in a certain species is worth.
