Startup Idea: Advanced Video Controls for Chromecast App

Startup idea to enhance the Chromecast application features with additional options such as rewind and fast-forward while streaming content from laptop.

I use a chromecast to play videos during team meetings. I stream videos from my laptop however the chromecast app is not very user friendly. I wish there was a way to rewind and restart videos from my computer to the TV on the chromecast. As of now, all I can do is pause and stop videos. There is no functionality for videos played from the laptop to rewind or FF.
