Startup Idea: Startup Idea for Global Cookbook App

My family and I enjoy cooking, my brother in fact went to college to become a master chef. I have learned much of what I know from him about cooking, everything from how to cook a turkey to more advanced dishes such as Filet mignon and even Sous Vide Octopus. One of our biggest annoyances is storing these wonderful recipes once we learn them. It is impossible to remember everything we have cooked and things like our mother used such as hand written flash cards in a binder are too much work and are easily destroyed. I envision a solution to storing recipes that can be solved with a single app. The apps purpose would be to use the internet to search for any recipe you enter, display that recipe within the app and store that recipe with something like a screenshot or a copy paste of the recipes text for offline viewing.
I picture the app being able to search the top cooking websites such as chefsteps.com, foodandwine.com and allrecipes.com for recipes relating to your search terms. It would display the recipes with no ads and only in its most basic form with text and any images that are included. There would then be a simple 'save recipe' that would store the recipe to your device. It would also be helpful to be able to make custom folders for recipes like 'romantic dinners' or 'Greek classics'. You would then have access to every recipe online, and the ability to save and organize as many as you want. You could also be able to search within your saved recipes for keywords if you do not recall the exact name of a dish you are wanting to cook. These saved recipes could also be shared with other users of the app. For example, if I make a recipe list called 'Mike's Wedding dishes' I could send that list to my brother so that he could make the dishes I needed help with. So not only is it a search tool and a storage method, but it is also a social experience that allows my friends within the app to swap recipes back and forth.
Also, if I recently made Shrimp de Jonghe, then my friends could see that on my profile I was last making that dish. The app could also have a function for saving physical recipes such as my moms Chinese spaghetti recipe that is hand written on a flash card. By simply holding the phone over the flash card and taking a photo that image can than be labeled and stored within the app with my other recipes. These are just a few ideas I have for such an app and I would like to help further if this seems like something you would be interested in creating.
