Startup Idea: Homeschool Curriculum Planner Application

Startup idea to develop a homeschool curriculum planner application. This software will allow parents to input their chosen teaching materials and divide it into a manageable yearly schedule, further broken down into months, weeks, and days. The application would also make lists of necessary materials and track due dates, handling multiple children of different grade levels.

I, along with all my friends, homeschool our kids.

Some of us use pre-prepared curriculum packages that do all the lesson planning for us.

But some of us grab a book here, list relevant websites there.... and somehow we have to put it all together into a format that works for us and the child. (Or children.)

A planner for this would be helpful----so that we could input what we want to teach for the year, and then have it divided up into months, weeks, and days.

It would also be helpful to have a thing that created lists of what we need to obtain and dates to do it, so that when a science project comes up, or art, or a library book or something is needed, we already knew to get it and did get it. Also we should have a way to input this data for multiple children at their different grade levels.
