Startup Idea: Resource Management Software for City Planning

Startup idea to develop a software model to effectively manage resources like land, water, etc., in a city. The model would aid city planners and administrators in focusing their monetary resources on areas that require development.

Cities have multiple resources at their disposal such as land, water etc. It will be great if we had software that can effectively manage all these resources. A software model that can be used by city planners and administrator to concentrate their monetary resources on those resources that need development. No I haven't found a solution like the one you have described above.
