Startup Idea: Rewards Program Management App for Small Retail Businesses

Startup idea to develop a mobile app that helps small business retailers improve their rewards and incentive programs. It will replace excel sheets used for tracking, and also facilitate communication with customers.

I am the owner of a small retail business, and i am looking for something that will help imporve my business by lettin us have a better rewards program to give ur regulars more incentive to come and shop with us. If i was able to have an app that i could use to communicate with all of our customers that would be wonderful. I currently use anexcel sheet to track all of our customer rewards.
