I'm a secretary in a busy office for a manufacturing company. I would love software that you could put customer complaints into. This would need to include things such as complaint, what department, and the outcome. So, many times a customer calls and you take the complaint, pass it on to management but don't know what the outcome is. Then the customer calls again and you have nothing to look back on. Yes, customer complaint tracking. I hand write what I know in a notebook.
