I am a financial analyst for a major aerospace company with thousands of employees that recently underwent a change in the internal organization.

On a weekly basis, our company gathers data from nine different business leaders in Oracle Smartview and creates a set of slides for a presentation. I spend the better part of a full day of work gathering the slides from each business leader, organizing them into a full deck and validating the financial numbers on each slide tie back to any other slide where the same number is presented.

My ideal solution would be a program where business leaders could submit their slides each week and the program could organize the slides and validate all of the numbers for me automatically. This would give business leaders more time to complete their slide decks and submit.

A general central location that could gather the slides and assemble a single deck would be helpful as would one that could take a deck that was already completed and validate the information. But one that could do both would be ideal.
