I work in IT and onboarding for new employees is always an issue. It takes days to setup access to incoming folks. Sometimes even weeks to get them access and some approvals need to get approved in order else will need to be reworked. This is wasting a lot of time and energy. The ideal way to do it would be to automate this process so its an enjoyable experience.
