Startup idea to develop a unified platform that enables new hires to complete all onboarding tasks in one place, according to job title and state requirements. This reduces recruiters' workload by not having to collate all resources manually.

i work in HR and currently we are using a new recruitment system that make the recruiter highly reliable on the system to perform Onboarding tasks . My goal would be for there to be a single site that a new hire could go to complete all of their onboarding tasks in one based on state requirements to job title. This would save the recruiter time from having to gather all the resources to complete by the new hire. pre- made packets however it is still time consuming.
