Startup Idea: Startup Idea for Referrer Validation Tool for Customer Referral Program

Startup idea to automate the manual task of validating referrer/referee relationships for an online credit scheme by developing a software that checks for existing accounts at the same address. The software should also help in formatting and organizing the data from an additional website and Excel files, enhancing the efficiency of the process.

I work for a company that offers a credit for customers who refer a friend. This program requires the new customer to sign up an account online, with a link provided by the referrer. Unfortunately, many people refer themselves at an attempt to get a credit off their original account.

Our website does not check for existing accounts at the same address, so this must be done manually. An additional website must be used, and the information has to be emailed to me in an excel file. I then have to format the excel file and delete uneccessary information. Once that is complete, I have to review each referrer/referee account and validate them. This is extremely time consuming.
