Startup Idea: Universal Problem Tracking System for IT Workers
I am an IT worker and I think a problem that software can solve is a universal problem tracking system businesses could use to submit issues with hardware and/or software to IT professionals.
The problem I have currently specifically is I have no way to track the issues my coworkers have, some will come to voice their concerns in person while others will call me, in the end I can remember most of them but I cannot always remember everything people come to me with and leads to problems. With a piece of software like this I would be able to look at all issues reported to me, issues I have already solved, the order in which the issues were submitted, and who submitted the issue.
Another thing that I think that would be helpful with this piece of software is the ability to collect the diagnostic information of the computer whenever an issue is submitted and possibly the ability to submit issues through people's phones in the case of a computer being unresponsive.
