Startup Idea: Event Management Software for Video Game Companies

Startup idea to develop a software that automates event management tasks in video game companies. The software will track and manage items brought by employees for themed events, replacing the current manual process of adding these details in an Excel document.

I work in the video game industry. It is a company of about 150 people. Due to the nature of the industry, we tend to have a lot of get togethers and fun team building activities. We also have daily morale meetings. Sometimes there are different themes that require us to coordinate and bring a certain object. The way it is currently set up, the receptionist receives all the employees choices for what they want to bring and adds it to an Excel document. I would pay to have software that automatically keeps track of these things. It would take a huge load off of the front desk staff and would increase productivity for the company, so I would be willing to pay for it. NO.
