Startup Idea: Automated Dispatch System for Taxi Services

Startup idea to develop an automated dispatching service software. This program should enable taxi dispatchers to efficiently send, receive and track information for the drivers. The system should minimize voice communication errors, have a feature for broadcasting check calls and must support remote work.

I work as a taxi dispatcher. The major problem we have is a reliance on an old school radio dispatching systems. We need a program that can automate the dispatching service and allow information to be passed quickly and efficiently to the drivers without relying on voice communication. So much gets lost and confused when trying to talk to drivers, many of which have thick accents. A program that would allow us to broadcast "check calls" and communicate effectively. This program should also allow remote work.
