Startup Idea: Circuit Analysis and Testing Software

Startup idea to develop a software capable of analyzing and calculating the specific voltage at chosen points on a circuit board from a picture. This would help in verifying if the electronic components are functioning within their specifications, simplifying the task of locating faulty parts.

I currently do a lot of electronic repairs. It is very difficult to find the schematic information for many foreign models of many types of electronics.

All diode's, resistors, capacitors etc. have the sizes printed on them.

It would be great if there was a software that could calculate, from a picture of the circuit board, what the specific voltage should be at a chosen point to measure in order to verify if certain parts are functioning within their specified parameters.

I think that would make a great program, that should be somewhat easy for two developers to make. I have looked for a circuit testing software like this and have been unable to locate one. Now I solve it using a lot of math to figure out what it should be in order to locate the bad part.
