Startup Idea: Real-time Order Tracking and Worker Efficiency System

Startup idea to develop a real-time tracking software that monitors the number of orders being pulled and calculates the average time it takes for employees to complete these tasks in production. The software should also display progress and performance metrics on a TV for workers' view and self-assessment.

Currently we use a system to called SAP in my company that we use to pull orders for production and we really are unsure on how many pieces the workers are pulling so we would love to have a system that helps to track how many orders are being pulled on average and the amount of time it takes for the worker to pull things. It would be nice if its a real time software as well so it could be put up on a TV where the workers could see the progress that they are making or if they seem like the quality of work is dropping.
