Startup Idea: Custom Report Interface for 8x8 Data Analysis

Startup idea to develop a software solution that connects with the 8x8 platform, automates the call center reporting process by generating customized reports and layouts, reducing manual data manipulation.

I do data analysis in a call center. Much of our reporting process is achieved through downloading and stitching together canned Excel reports through a phone platform called "8x8," or "eight by eight." This is the entire day-to-day work of one employee with another helping out here and there.

An ideal solution would be an interface with 8x8 which provides customization reports and layouts. 8x8 is ingrained into our workflow, so unfortunately we're stuck with it.

Our software development department is offsite, understaffed, and overworked as it is, so the possibility of building an in-house solution is non-existent. We're adding in a new phone project soon, so the timing is right to make a change.
