Startup Idea: Building Maintenance Work Order Mobile App

Startup idea to develop a user-friendly and efficient mobile application optimized for building maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance scheduling. The app should have a robust build to handle frequent use without freezing and allow users to quickly create and manage work orders in a simplistic manner.

I work in building maintenance. There's all ways a common issue with the work order/preventive maintenance software. I would like a program that is simple to use and efficient. And that would work a mobile device. The app needs to be able to handle being used a lot with out freezing up. I would like to be able to create a work order fast and in the simplest way.
