I am working in construction industry.one of the biggest pain is managing information flow during construction.Yes,there are document management systems, but the construction industry is made up of lots of skilled people with widely varying capabilities when it comes to paperwork.yes i would paid for software to solve my problem.What would be really useful would be a meta software that ran on both my desktop and mobile devices that could allow me to tag documents from any source, including voice messages or a phone camera picture as being related to a job & specific issue, and then let me track those issues as a log or spreadsheet.The software would also be able to append or attach some kind of meta data to files of any kind so that I could know whether this is the same file being forwarded back to me, or an edited/revised version.My fantasy software works the same way it pops up every time a document arrives or leaves my domain, asking me if this is part of a document stream that needs to be tracked. Just make sure it's really unobtrusive and not annoying.And has good tools to allow me to manage all the info I'm gathering.
