Startup idea to create an app that suggests the best beer to pair with any type of meal. The app will reference reviews found on RateBeer.com, detail the compatibility of the pairings (acidity, maltyness, chocolate notes, etc), and provide an educational component about different beers' flavor profiles.

App to state the best beer for any type of meal or courses that you're having. Cross reference this with reviews found on RateBeer.com and explain why the pairing will match (acidity, maltyness, chocololate notes, etc) Currently I've been having to talk with several cicerones or people qualifying for it, on local beer reddits or facebook groups and it's always a hit or miss. Yes, I think most people are un-educated about the specific flavor profiles different beers have.
