Startup Idea: Startup Business Purchase Tracking System

Startup idea to develop a software that allows managers in startups to track business receipts, reasons for purchases made using personal cards and to understand why standard buyer process was not followed.

I work in a startup. We regularly use personal cards to buy things for the business. If there is a way for a manager to track business receipts along with reasons for purchases, why we didn't go through the buyer process, etc, that would be ideal.
