Startup Idea: Hotel Reception Management Software

Startup idea to develop a speedy, easy-to-use software that allows receptionists to quickly capture and track guest requests in hotel environments. The software should provide quick-select options to minimize typing and ensure efficient record-keeping during peak busy times.

I am working as Assistant Manager in a Hotel reception and we are facing big trouble in terms of recording guest's requests.

At this moment we are using a sheet of paper shared by the whole team where we write down the request, room number, time and person to whom was passed the information (Housekeeping, Maintenance, IT, etc).

The problem is that on peak busy times receptionists miss to write down on the follow up sheet and we lose valuable information that we need in case of future follow up or guest complaints.

The ideal solution would be an easy and fast (Super important) software that would allow the receptionists to enter the request while they are on the phone. We tried to use excel sheets but it takes too long. We need a software where you could just select instead of needing to type.
