Startup Idea: Construction Job Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a mobile-based application for construction superintendents to keep track and manage employees, subcontractors, and their job statuses in an efficient manner, ensuring smooth progress in the construction project.

I work as a construction superintendent for a big construction company. On any given day I am supervising anywhere from 10 to 30 employees on each job that we do. I also need to keep track of all of the sub contractors, and at what stage of the construction they are in.

I would love software, that I can use on my iPad, or on my iPhone, that can help me keep track of who is on the job each day, what subcontractors are there, what they are all working on, and to what degree of completion they are in.

It would be really nice if it could be one at the keeps track of all of these different things.
