Startup Idea: Embroidery Files Cataloguing System

Startup idea to develop an efficient cataloguing system for embroidery files. It should allow for categorizing, keyword tagging and searching to provide a more functional system, as well as prevent file duplication, freeing up storage space.

I need an easy to use cataloguing system specifically for embroidery files. I haven't found one yet that allows for categorizing and searching by keyword to create a more functional system. Ideally, I'd like to be able to search for my files by keyword because I don't remember every design I have (1000s). Most of the current systems simply put in place various category folders. But this means the files are replicated many times (one for each appropriate folder) which is a waste of space.
