Startup Idea: Customer Relationship Management Software for Non-Profits

Startup idea to build an affordable and easy-to-use client tracking software that automates messaging at specific intervals and provides alerts when a client hasn't been contacted within a particular timeframe. Aimed at bolstering efficiency in technology startups and sales environments.

I work at a technology startup that works with non-profits as an Account Manager. It would help me if there was some sort of affordable client tracking software that was easy to use which would allow me to auto-message clients at certain intervals as well as alert me when a client hasn't been contacted in a certain amount of time.

This would also be good for sales people. There are some solutions - Drupal kind of does this when it's set up right, but it's quite difficult to do.
