Startup Idea: Freelance Job Aggregator Platform

Startup idea to develop a reliable platform that collates legitimate freelance jobs from multiple websites. The platform should also allow users to search for jobs, upload portfolios and resumes, and facilitate contact with potential employers - all in one place.

I'm currently a freelance writer. Each week I peruse over a dozen sites looking for work and any employment opportunities. Finding this worse is a massive chore, and sorting through the spam and scams is a constant headache.

If there were a site that used software to compile lists of legitimate freelance jobs I would absolutely subscribe to it. Being able to have a single place to search, upload portfolios and resumes, be in contact with other companies - it would be invaluable.

Unfortunately, the only sites I've seen that claim to do this are massive scams (IAPWE.org). Yes! I've tried very hard to find solutions to this, but unfortunately I'm not a talented enough programmer to figure out how to scrape multiple websites for information. Until there's a solution, I'm stuck doing it all manually.
