Startup Idea: Outsourced Complaint Handling Service
I would like to subscribe to a service that would handle complaints about my vendors for me. I dont have time to spend on the phone with customer service for hours. I would pay a monthly subscription fee for a service I could email with my problems as they occur and handle them for me. For example, right now I am upset that my homeowners changed my policy without my consent. I called once and got the run around. I wish I could pay someone to do it for me. I had a problem with my wifi a few years ago and spent weeks arguing with customer service. That is when I had this idea. I would have been paying a monthly fee from the wifi problem to the insurance problem without actually using the services. Theres your profit. I tried to push this off on anyone else that I can, but usually wind up resolving it myself eventually.
