Startup Idea: Speech Therapy Management Software

Startup idea to design a digital solution for managing, tracking and improving the practice of Speech Therapy. The system should allow therapists to monitor progress of their patients, create and manage their therapy plans and goals, and generate meaningful insights. It should be versatile enough to be accessed across computers, tablets, and mobile phones.

I have a career as a speech therapy assistant. In our office we service anywhere from 20 to 30 kids each month. We do everything by writing it out, it would be great to have some software that would allow us to keep track I have a hour speech kids, what they are supposed to be working on, how they are doing, and what the final goal is for them to be able to reach their speech goals. There must be someway to be able to correlate all of this information into one simple to use app for a computer or for a tablet, or for even a phone. It would be great if it could be across all of those categories. If you could correlate between each device that is used on that would be wonderful.
