Startup Idea: HVAC Data Analytics Software for Energy Management

Startup idea to develop a software that automates the process of sifting and making sense of vast data related to HVAC systems within large corporations like telecommunications, aiding energy managers in making data-driven decisions and resolving issues more efficiently.

I am an energy manager for a large telecommunications company. As part of my role, I focus on reducing energy usage associated with HVAC or cooling our telecommunications equipment. Our building management systems for our HVAC systems that cool our network equipment have hundreds of thousands of data points that are updated countless times throughout my day. In an attempt to make data driven decisions, I pull endless spreadsheets and manually sift through all of this data to resolve issues related to our HVAC/cooling systems. If there were software that could automate the sifting and making sense of this data, it would be a phenomenal tool. I have tried finding a solution like this but have been unsuccessful. I search items like data driven decisions, data analytics, smart data. I manually solve this problem (at best) right now.
