Startup Idea: Unified HR Management System

Startup idea to develop an all-in-one software for managing different HR aspects in large businesses, consolidating multiple systems into a single, user-friendly solution with a single login requirement.

I work for a large business. Currently we use several soft wears to track different HR aspects. It is difficult and time consuming switching back and fourth from system to system. Why cant we have an all in one all encompassing system for HR duties? Something user friendly that usees app like icons to make it more relevant and easy to use. Something were we could log in once and not five different times to access different needed parts.
