Startup idea to develop a software for the cement industry that automates the batching process. The software will have a database for creating and storing various cement formulas, which can then be automatically inputted into machines according to a chosen specification, increasing efficiency in the batching process.

I work in a cement industry where we batch large amounts of cement to make concrete. We use large machines to do mixing and pouring, but everything is manually inputted for each formulation. This is very tedious as there are many components that must be filled

If we had a software with a database that allows us to create formulas, it would be easier as we would batch the same things everyday.

I would pay for this software. By being able to create our own formula, when a specific batch is needed, we would click on the specifications and instantly, all the different components would be entered in. The amount we would pay for this software would definitely be less than the amount of money we can make for more efficient batching.
