Startup Idea: Educational Software for Children with Learning Difficulties

Startup idea to develop affordable software that provides simple, easily-digestible educational activities tailored for children with low learning ability. The solution should incorporate consistent level-appropriate activities, prevent advanced content from overwhelming the child, and help with everyday living activities.

My job is to help a low learning child with activities of daily living and simple education at home. I often search for free homework activities, and there are many. Problem is finding and staying on simple activities that do not advance too much for the child to understand. It would be nice to have software for special projects like this. If they are not too expensive.
