Startup Idea: Software Update Diagnostic Tool

Startup idea to develop a software tool that runs a scan after an update to diagnose what has changed in the software or browser behavior. The tool should also provide a simple solution for any issues or changes causing inconvenience for the user like UI changes or functionality issues like radio buttons not working.

Sometimes when your software updates automatically or your browser. Things start looking differently. Work differently. I know there is a restore to older version part on your computer but sometimes you would just like to run some sort of scan as to what changed and how can you fix it quickly. I do a lot of surveys online and all of a sudden last week , when I click radio buttons, nothing happens even though they do get checked in the background. It's driving me crazy. And I don't know what changed. I just want an easy solution and be able to fix it.
