Startup Idea: Real-time Issue Coordination and Tracking Software for Wine Sales Industry

Startup idea to develop a user-friendly, real-time internal server software aimed at enhancing coordination and issue resolution in the wine sales industry. The software will facilitate issue tracking, reduce office stress, and improve customer, supplier and management satisfaction.

I work in the wine sales industry doing customer service. I sell wine to individuals who call in or contact us on the computer for help, requests, comments, and complaints. I often work within our internal network with other employees to solve issues.

Our office often finds it difficult to manage issues with customers due to lack of coordination. Our business is growing and we have more and more issues tracking orders with issues that has been resolved, which causes much issues within and outside the office not only with our customers, but suppliers, warehouse employees, and management.

The software would have to be some sort of internal server that is user friendly, and can operate in real time that could help us coordinate better to solve the issues that we have. We can minimize our problems if we knew what the problems were, and if they have been solved already.

I would definitely pay for a software that could put us at better ease.

The software would help us keep in line with the real time issues we face with coordination, as well externally. It would reduce office stress and provide more satisfied customers for our successful business.
