Startup Idea: Precision 911 Call Tracking System

Startup idea to develop an efficient emergency call tracking system that can precisely locate callers to within a few yards, thereby improving services and ensuring timely help.

I work as a 911 dispatcher. We have a problem with 911 calls from cell phones not tracking to the precise point where the caller is. This can make it difficult for us to send help. Some types of cell phones track better than others-it would be valuable for all cell phones to have the same ability to track, and make the track less than a few yards from where the caller is standing.
