Startup Idea: Real-time Communication and Annotation Tool for Software Testers

Summary for idea #2106
Startup idea to develop a software testing tool that enables real-time communication and annotation within the software interface for improved efficiency. This tool should allow software testers to interact with their clients seamlessly, tag problematic areas, leave comments at different stages of testing, and receive immediate feedback.
Original submission by someone willing to pay to get a problem solved (not AI)

As an independent contractor and software tester, I have need to communicate with my private clients about the usability and efficiency of mobile software that I currently test. At times, it takes a considerable amount of time for my clients to respond to my correspondence. It would be ideal to have a more efficient mode of communication besides email. For instance, it would be helpful to communicate with them right within the software interface in order to ensure a prompt, timely response to my concerns. In addition, it would be helpful to be able to "tag" the specific areas of the software that do not perform properly. More interactive software could greatly aid with this concern by ensuring that the messages are not only delivered immediately, but also read immediately. I would appreciate some type of feedback box within the software or note taker, which enables me to leave comments at different levels of the software testing phases. Considering that I anticipate such software to be highly beneficial, I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount for its use--and more importantly--for the increased work efficiency and communication it would ensure.
