Startup Idea: Employee-Shuttle Communication System

Startup idea to develop a device or software to improve communication between the employees and shuttle drivers at companies. The aim is to solve issues with llate arrivals, ensuring timeliness and efficiency.

My biggest pain point at this moment has to do with work. When I get to work, my coworkers and I, per company rules, are supposed to park in a certain lot, which is about a fifteen minute walk from my job. We have to make it to this building on time to punch in. To be able to do this, the company provides shuttle services, which we as employees rely on not to be late. The issue has been that the drivers and services are unreliable and are often late, the drivers are sleeping, or drivers pass us by. My idea would be some device that we as employees could use to communicate directly with the drivers of the shuttles.
