Startup Idea: Weaving Software for Small-Scale Rigid-Heddle Looms

Summary for idea #212
Startup idea to develop a dedicated software or an expansion module for existing software to cater to the needs of fiber artists and designers using small-scale rigid-heddle looms. The software should allow trying out patterns, planning the use of heddles and other functionalities, making the weaving process more efficient.

I am a fiber artist/designer. There are many programs available for knitwear design, and there are programs for large-scale floor loom weavers, but none that I have found for smaller rigid-heddle looms. This newer weaving technology has expanded in the crafting market due to its small size and portability. But the weaving software that is available for floor looms is not very compatible with small loom weaving. There are no tie-ups or multiple shafts. It is difficult to use the programs. Having either an expansion module on current software (Fiberworks, WeavePoint, PixeLoom) or a unique program (that is what I would be more likely to buy) specifically for rigid heddle weaving to try out patterns, plan use of heddles, and the like would be of great use to me.
