Startup Idea: Document Search and Information Extraction Software

Startup idea to develop a tool that can extract text from images and scan through several links to compile relevant data based on certain entered topics, aimed at simplifying the task of information finding for document researchers.

I work as someone who mainly searches documents for information that other people require. It would be useful to have software that could either pick up text from images or cycle through information through a handful of links to gather relevant information on the topic entered. I would pay to have software that would make my life easier.
