Startup Idea: Comprehensive Media Cataloging and Storage Software

Startup idea to develop a cross-platform software that enables users to catalog and filter their entire media collection stored across multiple sources. The software should offer smart playlist creation by genre, mood, time of day, etc., and should be compatible with Microsoft Windows and Android. The software should offer cloud storage capabilities, and enable users to download and/or stream-rip Internet content to whichever medium they choose.

I want to find a good piece of software, compatible across all of my Internet devices, that allows me to catalog my entire media collection (audio, and video), and to filter it through smart playlist by genre, mood, time of day, etc. Similar to the Apple Genius or Pandora Music Genome, but on an individual consumer level. Specifically, I want it to be both Microsoft Windows and Google Android-friendly.

I listen to a lot of streaming audio, from YouTube, Pandora, Amazon Prime Music, and iHeartRadio, but I also have a large number of personal digital media files ripped from owned albums.

I want to integrate and centralize all of my sources in an "unlimited" cloud storage locker perhaps, like Dropbox meets Google Play Music, but with laptop, USB hard drive, SD card, or mobile-friendly upload capabilities. I would also appreciate being able to download and/or stream-rip Internet content to whichever medium, physical as well as cloud-based, via this software.

As a fervent media collector and consumer, I would pay one-time for this software, no greater than $500 for a lifetime (my own) license.

With this software, could tailor the media to my desires as-needed.
