Startup Idea: Real-Time Drycleaning Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a real-time tracking software for drycleaning services. This software would manage and monitor the progress of clothes during the cleaning process, providing customers with live updates on their items.

I work in the drycleaning/customer service industry- a pain point is constantly having to adress customers questions about how far along their clothes are to being ready. Some software to properly track and manage our clothes as they are going through the cleaning process, and maybe giving real-time information to customers would be fantastic. I would pay for this software, however as a one-time payment and not as a contract incensing deal.
