I work in real estate a big pain is home records being different than the listing says. Coordinating with the tax appraisal sites would fix the issue. I would pay for better versions of multiple listing searches than are currently offer. It would serve as a fact checker and save me time and effort. An example is people calling about listings that are no longer on the market.
