I work in eCommerce and wholesale with a large inventory.

A huge pain point that could be solved by software would be to streamline and improve customer-seller interactions. Right now for outlets such as eBay and Amazon it is too easy for the seller to simply disregard or ignore their messages; not enough people use email notifications and such to stay on top of things so they can reply promptly. Creating a text or phone call notification system when a customer is trying to reach a seller would be nice, each of the major ecomm platforms could implement such a thing relatively easy.
