Startup Idea: In-Hand Sales Enhancement Software

Startup idea to develop a handheld device software that enables salesmen to sell out-of-stock items directly from the store's online shop in real-time. This can drive an increase in sales and improve customer service in high-end retail environments.

I am a salesman at a high end retail store. I sell mainly computers and office supplies, such as printers and scanners.

When a product is out of stock in store, the customer would rather look somewhere else and not use our in-store kiosk.

I would definitely pay for software that would let me sell more.

When products are out of stock in my store, I would love a handheld device and program that would allow me to sell the item from our online shop immediately after realizing the item isn't in-store. This could prevent the customer from venturing off to our in-store kiosk, leaving me without credit of selling, or shopping on there own at home or at a competitors store.
