Startup Idea: Multi-Format File Scanning and Keyword Identification Tool

Startup idea to develop a software tool that aids instructional designers by scanning various file formats for keywords, including audio files with captions, to streamline the process of handling, decoding and organizing complex information from various clients.

I am an instructional designer. I often receive materials from clients that are in a variety of file formats and that have incomprehensible jargon and filenames. It would be very helpful if there were a software tool that could scan for keywords across multiple file types. Ideally, this would include audio files if they have captions.
