Startup Idea: Donation Bag Collection Optimization Software

Startup idea to develop a software solution that enhances the organization and management of Eggleston donation bag collections. The software would automate logging of donations, driver routes and locations, while also keeping track of collected equipment.

Hi I colect eggleston donation bags for over 2 years and in the early stages it was good however now it could use some imporvement.

Unfortunately, due to the disorganized nature of the early phase I am finding it difficult to hunt down all the different equipment that were signed up for. Log books go missing and drivers are unaccounted for as to their daily schedule and pickups.

A solution would be to implement software to mitigate these issues by tracking employe movements and logging donations with pickup locations automatically, also logging the drivers whereabouts in accordance with their daily set route would be immensely helpful.
