Startup Idea: Coordination Software for Youth Groups

Startup idea to develop a unified platform for scheduling and task management for youth groups. The system would serve as a hub for calendars, meetings, notes with task assignment and completion checks, and immediate dispersal of meeting takeaways to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date and coordinated.

I work with youth groups. One of the biggest problems we have is coordinating schedules between the adults in charge of the group, the parents of the youth and the youth themselves. It is a constant battle of "we told you about ____" but the message is missed between one or more of the three parties. A system that would be similar to say google hangouts, but allow for calendars, notes, immediate "minutes" taken of what is discussed and then disseminated would be extremely useful. Additionally, some component of functional timelines with backchecks to see if tasks have been assigned and completed would be beneficial as well. The groups I am working with usually involve between 20-100 people. We mostly use Google Hangouts and a couple other things pieced together as a hodgepodge. Having it all in one spot, that would be great.
